One of our favorite things to do when we were little girls was experiment with crazy hairstyles, load up our hair with barrettes and glitter, use hot rollers and heat up the curling iron. For so many little girls this is not their reality and that breaks our hearts. We know that for many girls their hair is what they feel defines them and is one of there most cherished physical traits.

The Glitter Girlz have the opportunity to impact children battling hair loss due to medical challenges such as cancer, Alopecia or burns. We created “The Glitter Girlz Hatz” to make every girl feel special.

Each year hundreds of children apply for wigs or financial assistance to receive wigs. Long waiting lists and the thought of not even getting a wig can be devastating to a little girl. Our “Hatz” are funky, jazzy, and fun…just like the girls that wear them! The hats come with interchangeable one of a kind hand made embellishments such as flowers, pins and bows that can be worn on the outside of the hat. The inside of the hat has a stylish “track” of hair. The hair may be a natural hair color or a not so natural color, Hot Pink is the fave!

A portion of the proceeds from every party and event we participate in goes towards The Glitter Girlz Hatz.
