When can I have a party?
We party Friday, Saturday and Sunday's. We offer afterschool classes Tuesday-Thursday.

Where can I have a party?
We have a party loft space in Bucktown (2320 N. Damen 2C Chicago, IL 60647) where your event can be held. We are also an "on location" party activity service for an additional fee and can come to your home or venue of your choice.

What age group do you cater to?
All Glitter Girlz parties are customized to be age appropriate. We do most of our partying with 6-12 year olds.

How do I book a party?

Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, a Non-Refundable reservation deposit is 50% of the total contracted party price. This is due at the time of signing. A signed contract and paid deposit will guarantee your time and date. The Glitter Girlz accept checks and cash.

How long do I have to sign and return my contract and pay my deposit?
The Glitter Girlz will send you an email version of your contract. You must print, sign and return the contract along with a check for the deposit amount within 5 business days of receiving the email. If we have not received the signed contract and payment after the fifth business day, you will receive an email stating the contract is void and your reservation is no longer valid. The return deadline is listed on your contract for your convenience.

What if I need to add more people to the guest list at the last minute?
The Glitter Girlz always extra supplies on hand in order to accommodate up to five last minute guests. If you know there will be additional guests, an advance notice is appreciated and will reassure your guests are properly taken care of.

What if I have to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule for any reason we will gladly offer an alternative party date based on availability. Your non-refundable deposit will be applied to the new party date, no additional deposit is required.

What if I want to cancel my party?
We will be very sad! Party deposits are non-refundable.

What happens if a guest arrives late?
The Glitter Girlz will begin the party at the contracted time. If a guest should arrive late we will do everything we can to catch them up to the rest of the participants.

Do I still have to pay for a child even if they do not show up?
You will be charged for the final head count. Each party has a 10-girl minimum. If you have 8 girls you will still pay for 10. Exceptions may apply.

Can parents of the guests stay for the party?
Of Course, but in most cases guests are dropped off.

Can we bring food?
The only food allowed in the Loft is cupcakes or cake.
When do I pay the rest of my balance? You will pay your party balance after the party is complete. Your Glitter Girl host will accept cash or a check.

Do I need to tip?
If you enjoyed your experience, it is customary, to provide a cash gratuity to your Glitter Girlz.

Do you travel outside the Chicago Land area?
Yes, a per mile fee applies to every on location party from our address 2320 N. Damen Chicago, IL 60647 to the party location. The standard national mileage rate applies of .51 cents per mile. Plus an additional $50.00 on location fee will apply.

How much space do your activities require?
Each guest needs to be able to sit in a chair and have a table surface to work on. Please let us know if this will be a problem.

Client Obligations:
Provide a safe and clean area for all activities. Remain with/near the party and available to The Glitter Girl Hosts. Provide a smoke-free environment. Provide a working space for each guest attending the party. Provide a pet free working environment… We love animals but sometimes they love the supplies we bring.
