When can I have a party?
There’s always a reason to party… We are available 7 days a week!

Do you travel outside the Chicago Land area?
Yes, a per mile fee applies to any party over 30 miles outside of the 60642 zip code. The standard national mileage rate applies. If additional arrangements are required (air, shipping, hotel, etc.) please call for a price quote.

Where can I have a party?
We are a “on location” party activity & entertainment service. Specializing in the “glitter-iest” and the “girl-iest” parties ever! We are based in the City of Chicago. We bring the party to you. Parties are typically held in your home or venue of your choice.

What age group do you cater to?
All Glitter Girlz parties are customized to be age appropriate. We do most of our partying with 4-16 year olds.

What about outdoor parties?
I Heart Parties: Outdoor parties are fun. We require an alternative indoor location if the weather should not cooperate. Wind & glitter don’t mix well!
Big Glittering Events: We prefer you have an alternative indoor location should the weather not cooperate. Rescheduling due to weather related cancellation is subject to availability.

Do you do custom pricing and party packages?
Yes, if you don’t see it on our website, we’d love to create it for you.

How do I book a party?

How much space do your activities require?
I Heart Parties: Each guest needs to be able to sit in a chair and have a table surface to work on. The Glitter Girlz have activity tables for rent if there is not enough working space at the party location.
Big Glittering Events: We require approximately a 6x8 square foot area and 6x8 table… we do the rest!

Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, a Non-Refundable reservation deposit is 50% of the total contracted party price. This is due at the time of signing. A signed contract and paid deposit will guarantee your time and date. The Glitter Girlz accept checks and Pay Pal.

How long do I have to sign and return my contract and pay my deposit?
The Glitter Girlz will send you an email version of your contract. You must print, sign and return the contract along with a check for the deposit amount within 5 business days of receiving the email. If we have not received the signed contract and payment after the fifth business day, you will receive an email stating the contract is void and your reservation is no longer valid. The return deadline is listed on your contract for your convenience.

What if I need to add more people to the guest list at the last minute?
I Heart Parties: The Glitter Girlz always come with five more kits then contracted in order to accommodate up to five last minute guests, custom labels and packaging cannot be guaranteed for last minute guests. If you know there will be additional guests, an advance notice is appreciated and will reassure your guests are properly taken care of. After your signed contract is returned with your deposit, the price for any additional guests will match the price per girl as originally stated in your contract. (Example: If your contracted rate is $30 per guest and you have 3 more attending they will also be $30.)

Do I still have to pay for a child even if they do not show up?
I Heart Parties: Yes, you will be charged for the final head count given prior to the party regardless of a child not showing. This is the amount stated on your contract.  You will however be given the party kit for any child not in attendance. Each party has a 10-girl minimum. If you have 8 girls you will still pay for 10. Exceptions may apply.

What if I have to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule for any reason we will gladly offer an alternative party date based on availability. Your non-refundable deposit will be applied to the new party date, no additional deposit is required.

What if I want to cancel my party?
We will be very sad! Party deposits are non-refundable. You will not be required to pay for the remaining party balance.

What happens if a guest arrives late?
I Heart Parties: The Glitter Girlz will begin the party at the contracted time. If a guest should arrive late we will do everything we can to catch them up to the rest of the participants.

Can parents of the guests stay for the party?
Of Course! If there is enough working space we even offer a special rate for any parent who would like to participate in the activities!

When do I pay the rest of my balance?
You will pay your party balance after the party is complete. Your Glitter Girl host will accept a check.

Do I need to tip?
If you enjoyed your experience, it is customary, but entirely discretionary, to provide a 15-20% cash gratuity to your Glitter Girlz.

Privacy Policy:
The Glitter Girlz do not sell customer information to outside marketers or companies. All photos taken are for promotional purposes only and will not identify the child’s age, residence or name.
The Glitter Girlz assume no responsibility or liability for accidents and/or damages caused during or after your party. Your Glitter Girlz will work to ensure your guests are treated with care. The Glitter Girlz are not responsible for allergic reactions. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests’ parent or guardian to inform The Glitter Girlz of any allergies.

Client Obligations:
Provide a safe and clean area for all activities.
Remain with/near the party and available to The Glitter Girl Hosts.
Provide a smoke-free environment.
Provide a working space for each guest attending the party.
Provide a pet free working environment… We love animals but sometimes they love the supplies we bring.
Have as much fun as you can!!!
